Large Open Weave Twig Basket

I made a basket for my the Easter Parade demonstration that would look natural and even a little wild with sticks and tendrils sticking out. Something the Easter Bunny would weave and carry.

Large open weave twig Basket

I wove the basket from vine and paper wire.

The green berries are paper covered baubles and the blossoms are dried hydrangea florets.

Easter Parade demonstration gift basket

I filled it with Hot Cross Buns as Favors for the audience. The gifts also contained the Easter Egg Hunt prizes.

Every week I add a new design with related tutorials. Be sure to subscribe to receive an email notification with design inspiration.
